Up to $350,000 in Cloudflare credits
Cloudflare's startup program offers up to $350k in credits across three tiers for early-stage startups building on its developer platform, security, and networking services.
Three tiers based on funding stage:
- Tier 3 — $10k: Bootstrapped or self-funded, under $1M raised. Includes community and events access.
- Tier 2 — $100k: $1M+ raised from an affiliated partner. Adds an account manager and technical sessions with Cloudflare experts.
- Tier 1 — $350k: $5M+ raised from an affiliated partner. Adds priority technical support and bi-weekly Solutions Architect office hours.
Credits cover usage-based services including Workers, Durable Objects, Workflows, Workers AI (up to $50k), R2 (up to $10k), KV, D1, Queues, Vectorize, Pages, Images, Stream, Cache Reserve, and Argo Smart Routing.
Core security and networking features are included at no cost across all tiers: DDoS and bot protection, WAF with 1,000 custom rules, SSL certificates, CDN and DNS, Load Balancing (2 origins), and a 100% SLA. Each tier also includes three enterprise domains and unlimited Business and Pro plans.
Eligibility
Founded within the last 10 years, funded up to Series B (most recent round within 12 months), building a technology product with a live website and active social presence. First-time applicants only.
